Working from SchultzWerk's initial sketches and imagery, Matthew Kerr Design developed six unique conceptual models for review by Full Service Carwash. The preferred concept was refined and a photo real rendering was prepared for plan commission review, resulting in this iconic and retro Bluemound Road building's approval.
